Definitions

“We,” “us,” “our,” “OMH,” and “One More Holiday, LLC” refer to One More Holiday, LLC, a travel agency offering vacation packages and related services.

“You” refers to the customer who visits our Website and/or makes a reservation through our online platform or with our customer service agents.

“Website” refers to the One More Holiday, LLC website.

“Agreement” or “Terms & Conditions” refers to all the terms, conditions, and notices outlined below. 

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Your continued use of our services or the Website after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement. 

Booking Confirmation

Confirmation Requirement

  • Personal Identification Data: Name, e-mail address, phone number, and company details as filled up in forms, or while contacting us.
  • Technical Data: Collects information from your device, such as your IP address, device type and settings, operating system, version of your operating system, browser type and settings, as applicable.
  • Usage Data: This is information about how you interact with our website, including what pages you visit, what you click on, how long you spend on our site, and other similar data.  

Payment Deadlines

Full payment must be received by the specified due date to ensure your booking and reservation remain secure. If payment is not made on time, your reservation may be subject to cancellation, changes in package details, fare adjustments, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that payments already made are typically non-refundable.

To avoid disruptions, kindly ensure your payment is completed by the due date. Timely payment not only helps you maintain your booking but also protects you from any potential changes or cancellations that may arise.

Quote Validity

Subject to Availability

All quotes provided are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. This applies even if full payment has been made, as airlines and other service providers may adjust fares and availability. 

Ticket Issuance

Tickets are typically issued within 48-72 hours after receiving full payment. For bookings made with travel scheduled for the following day, tickets may be issued within 12-24 hours. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your tickets within the stated time frame.  

Visa Applications

The visa application process may take up to two weeks. We are not responsible for any delays or refusals by government authorities. Visa prices may change without prior notice. Please note that the fee provided for issuing a visa is non-refundable. The embassy and vendor do not provide us with any kind of refund in case the visa gets rejected.  

Amendments & Cancellations

Supplier Terms

The policies and decisions of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider govern any amendments or cancellations. Changes may incur fees or result in the loss of payments made. 

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued once we receive the funds from the supplier. Processing times can vary and may take 6-24 weeks or longer. 

Accommodation Issues

If you are dissatisfied with the accommodation pre-reserved, we will address concerns with the hotel management. However, we have limited control over hotel issues such as room cleanliness or maintenance. The hotel may not accommodate us as requested as they have the final verdict on managing their property, and we will not be held responsible for inadequate accommodation services.  

Payment Terms

Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain bookings may require a non-refundable deposit. If full payment is not made by the specified deadline, the booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

Credit Card Surcharges

Payments made via credit card may incur a 2.5% surcharge. This fee is non-refundable even if the booking is later canceled or refunded. Along with a surcharge we’ll also need a credit card authorization form filled by the customer which includes Credit Card Number, Security Code, Expiration Date, Amount to be deposited, Passenger Names, Billing Address and signature of Lead Passenger. 

Liability and Responsibility

Responsibility

One More Holiday, LLC serves as an intermediary and advocate for passengers, arranging services like airlines, hotels, and tour transportation. The company is not liable for any harm, loss, accidents, delays, loss of luggage, or irregularities that may arise due to mechanical failures, acts of nature, governmental actions, wars, unrest, strikes, theft, health issues, pandemics, or regulatory changes. This extends to complications arising from improper travel documentation like passports or visas. Some nationalities have restrictions or provide entry on a quota basis by country. We are not liable if the customer has been refused entry or boarding.   

Check-In and Delays

Passengers should check in three hours before international and two hours before domestic flights. One More Holiday, LLC disclaims any responsibility for passengers who do not adhere to these guidelines, including any related consequences like missed flights or lost luggage. Airlines dictate procedures and policies during travel disruptions and are not under our control. Furthermore, One More Holiday, LLC will not be accountable for anyone missing parts of the tour due to late arrival or non-attendance and will not cover any costs for rejoining the tour. Changes to travel plans or upgrades will not be accepted after departure, and no refunds will be issued for unused services.   

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.) are valid and meet the destination’s requirements. One More Holiday, LLC is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.  

Changes to Itineraries

Airlines, hotels, and service providers may change schedules, accommodations, or services. One More Holiday, LLC is not liable for any disruptions, additional costs, or inconvenience caused by and in connection with such changes. We will make efforts to offer similar alternatives if needed.  

Islamic (‘Hijri’) Calendar Changes

One More Holiday, LLC has no control. It is not responsible for any additional expenses, delays, omissions, re-routing, or acts of interference by any government or legal authorities, including but not limited to government changes in the dates of the Islamic (‘Hijri’) calendar. Passengers should explicitly understand that the Islamic (‘Hijri’) Calendar may change relative to the Gregorian calendar, which may affect hotel, flight, and other travel accommodations. They should not hold One More Holiday, LLC or any of its representatives liable for any such change(s) or any impact that such change(s) may have upon their pilgrimage or its integrals.  

Fitness and Health

Some aspects of the tour packages offered by One More Holiday, LLC may be physically strenuous, and a good physical fitness level is necessary to fully engage in these activities. By booking with us, you confirm that you are medically and physically capable of participating in all aspects of the tour. You are responsible for investigating the physical demands of your chosen package and the activities involved. You agree to release One More Holiday, LLC, from any claims related to incidents arising from your health and fitness levels that prevent full participation. Furthermore, One More Holiday, LLC is not liable for the availability or quality of medical care during the tour.

Travelers Who Need Special Assistance

If you require special assistance due to a disability, please inform One More Holiday, LLC in writing at the time of booking. While we will endeavor to accommodate special needs, we cannot guarantee this or take responsibility for any services denied by third-party providers. Unfortunately, One More Holiday, LLC cannot offer personal assistance for walking, eating, or boarding transportation. Travelers needing such support must be accompanied by a capable companion who assumes full responsibility for their assistance. One More Holiday, LLC is not responsible for caring for or supervising travelers requiring such support who travel without a competent companion. 

Force Majeure

One More Holiday, LLC shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage alterations, delays, or changes arising from unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute (including air traffic control disputes), terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, virus, plague, epidemic, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, or cancellation of schedules by scheduled airlines. In case of refunds/cancellations due to the above scenarios, the passenger may be charged a processing/admin fee. You can check the current position of any country by telephoning the Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s Travel Advice Unit or visiting www.fco.gov.uk.  

Compliance with New Laws or Taxes

We are not liable for new laws or taxes imposed by authorities that passengers must comply with.   

Combination of Individual Tickets

Combining two separate one-way tickets instead of a round-trip ticket is marked during the booking procedure. The tickets are treated independently in the event of cancellation, change, disruption of air traffic, and changes to flight schedules. Each airline’s regulations will apply. Flight tickets with different airline booking references are always regarded as journeys that are independent of each other. 

Refund Policy

Supplier Policies

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline, hotel, or service provider. We cannot process refunds until the supplier refunds us, which may take 6-24 weeks or longer.   

Administrative Fees

Administrative fees may be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs. 

Non-Refundable Items

Some items, including specialized tickets or services, may be non-refundable per the suppliers’ policies. 

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued once we receive the funds from the supplier. Processing times can vary and may take 6-24 weeks or longer. Refund will be paid back to the customer if:

  • There is no problem with your refund from the service provider; for example, if the airline reports back that you have used the ticket,
  • After the initial period mentioned above, an email requesting that the payment be released is sent to support@onemoreholiday.com.
  • The payment method for the refund is the same as the payment method initially used to make the booking.  

Refund Policy

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Travel insurance is not included in your booking and must be purchased separately. 

Compliance with U.S. Legislation

These Terms & Conditions comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws. Consumers in certain states may have additional rights beyond those stated in these Terms & Conditions. For further details, please consult applicable state laws or a legal advisor. 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, and these laws will resolve any disputes arising from them

Jurisdiction

Any legal actions arising from these Terms will be filed exclusively in the Circuit Court of the 23rd Judicial Circuit of West Virginia (Berkeley County) or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, Martinsburg Division. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. 

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, and statements (except those for which liability is not excluded) between us concerning your use of this site and constitute the entire agreement relating to the same. 

Termination

We reserve the right to block your access to this site immediately and without notice if, in good faith, we believe that you have failed to comply with any of these Terms & Conditions.  

Change of Terms of Use

We may alter, adapt, or otherwise change these Terms & Conditions from time to time (for security, legal, or regulatory reasons or to reflect updates or changes to the services or functionality of the site) without prior notice. Your continued use of this site will constitute acceptance of those amended Terms & Conditions, and you should review them before making any further use of this site  

Rights of Third Parties

No one other than you and us will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions, regardless of whether such person or entity has been identified by name as a member of a class, or as answering a particular description. To avoid doubt, nothing in this clause shall affect the rights of any permitted assignee or transferee. 

Severability

If one or more of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions are at any time found invalid by a court, tribunal, or other forum of competent jurisdiction or otherwise rendered unenforceable, that decision shall not invalidate or void the remainder of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions shall be deemed amended by modifying or severing such provisions as necessary to render them valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving their intent, or if that is not possible, by substituting another provision that is valid, legal, and enforceable which materially gives effect to their intent. Any invalid or unenforceable provision or provisions shall be severable from these Terms & Conditions so that the validity or enforceability of their remaining provisions, or the validity of the provision(s) in question in any other jurisdiction, shall not be affected.

Booking flights and hotels through One More Holiday, LLC helps you to save your hard-earned money and valuable time. All it takes is:

Conditions Apply to Steps 1, 2, and 3

Please remember that the person making the booking accepts all the booking conditions and is liable for any amendment fees, late fees, or cancellation charges that arise on behalf of all the passengers in their party. In addition, they are also responsible for checking this and all future documentation and for advising us immediately if anything is missing or incorrect. The details provided are given in good faith based on information from the principal at the time of booking. Should it transpire that any of these details are incorrect, you will be advised immediately. 

Special Requests and Medical Problems

If you have any special requests, please advise us at the time of booking. Although we will endeavor to pass any such request on to the relevant supplier, we regret we cannot guarantee any request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part. If you have any medical problem or disability that may affect your booked arrangements, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking, providing full details. If we feel unable to properly accommodate your particular needs, we reserve the right to decline/cancel your booking.   

Behavior

When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Proper payment for any such damage or loss must be made directly to the accommodation owner, manager, or supplier. If you fail to do so, you must indemnify us against any claims (including any legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions. We expect all clients to be considerate of other people. If, in our opinion or in the opinion of any other person in authority, you are behaving in a way that causes distress, danger, or annoyance to any third party or damage to property, we reserve the right to terminate your arrangements without notice. In this situation, services towards you (including any return transport arrangements) will immediately cease, and we will not be responsible for meeting any costs or expenses you may incur as a result, making any refund, or paying compensation.  

Reconfirming Return/Onward Flight

You will need to reconfirm your booking outbound and inbound at least 72 hours before your departure. The Company will not be liable for any additional costs due to your failure to reconfirm flights or any schedule changes.   

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance

By consenting to this privacy notice, you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified. Consent is required for One More Holiday, LLC to process personal data to fulfill your travel requirements.

Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data, we will always inform you why and how the information will be used, if required. 

Miscellaneous

Partnerships

These Terms & Conditions shall not constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, or contract of employment between you and us.  

Assignment

You may not assign, sublicense, subcontract, or otherwise transfer or deal in any of your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without our prior written consent.  

Headings

Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and are not to be taken into account when construing these Terms & Conditions. 

Additional Provisions (Limited License & Ownership)

You are granted a limited license to download the materials contained on this site to a personal computer and to print a hard copy of such materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices are left intact.

Save as expressly and specifically permitted in these Terms & Conditions, all translation, retransmission, distribution, or other use of the materials contained on this site and in its databases on any other internet site or other media is strictly prohibited. You are also prohibited from:

  • Framing this site or any part of it on any other site.
  • Mirroring this site on another server.
  • Automated screen capture or screen scraping technologies are used to obtain information of any sort from this site.

The grant of this limited license is conditional upon your agreement to and compliance with all of these Terms & Conditions.

Software (if any) made available to download from this site is either owned by or licensed to us. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

General Disclaimer

Except as may be set out in these Terms & Conditions, this site, its content, and any use you choose to make of it are provided and permitted without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and we disclaim all such representations and warranties as far as permitted by law. We do not warrant that information contained on or accessed through this site is adequate, complete, accurate, or up-to-date, nor do we warrant that the site (or any part of it) will always be accessible, fully functional, or free from errors and viruses. Accordingly, you agree that the only remedy available to you for breach of these Terms & Conditions shall be for our breach of contract under these Terms & Conditions.

Aggregate Liability

Subject to paragraph (d) below, but otherwise so far as permitted by law, our total aggregate liability hereunder in respect of direct loss and damage and other direct liability, however arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, shall be limited. 

Exceptions to Limitation

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit our liability for loss or damage for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
