These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all quotations, bookings, invoices, payments, travel packages, travel services, website use, and related services provided by One More Holiday LLC (“OMH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, requesting a quotation, approving a booking, making or authorizing payment, signing an authorization, replying with written approval, or instructing OMH to proceed, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. These Terms apply together with your invoice, booking summary, itinerary, quotation, payment request, authorization form, and written confirmation.
“Customer,” “Traveler,” “Lead Traveler,” “Payer,” “Cardholder,” and “Supplier” refer to the persons or entities described in the applicable booking documents. “Booking Summary” means the applicable invoice, quotation, itinerary, confirmation, or other document identifying the booked services.
These Terms apply to all travel services arranged by OMH, including Umrah and Hajj-related services, holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, Ziyarah, guides, activities, group bookings, customized packages, and other travel-related services.
OMH acts as a travel agent, intermediary, and arranger and uses independent third-party suppliers. OMH does not own or control airlines, hotels, transportation providers, visa authorities, tour operators, guides, government authorities, payment processors, or other suppliers. Supplier-specific terms, rules, schedules, cancellation policies, and refund policies may apply, and OMH cannot guarantee a supplier refund, credit, waiver, compensation, or exception.
The person approving a booking confirms that they are authorized to act for all travelers included in it. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, passport information, flights, hotels, visas, inclusions, payment terms, and all other booking details before OMH proceeds. Errors discovered after issuance, confirmation, submission, or supplier commitment may result in additional charges or loss.
A booking may be accepted by signature, email, WhatsApp, payment, payment authorization, or written instruction to proceed. Clear written responses such as “confirmed,” “approved,” “yes,” “proceed,” or similar wording may constitute acceptance when provided after the relevant booking information has been supplied. Confirmation sent to an OMH agent or representative may be treated as valid authorization.
Prices, fares, hotel rates, availability, taxes, visa fees, and other costs may change until confirmed by the applicable supplier. Payment alone does not necessarily guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed when OMH provides applicable confirmation, tickets, vouchers, confirmation numbers, or other final booking documents.
Only services expressly listed as included in the applicable invoice, quotation, itinerary, or booking confirmation are included. Unless specifically stated otherwise, baggage, seat selection, hotel taxes or property fees, upgrades, personal expenses, insurance, special assistance, visa-related penalties, and other additional services or costs remain the traveler’s responsibility.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, packages, deposits, partial payments, and payments may become non-refundable once OMH begins booking, ticketing, reserving hotels, submitting visas, arranging transfers or tours, or committing funds to suppliers. Any refund remains subject to supplier rules, applicable fees, and applicable law.
Payments must be made by the deadline stated by OMH unless a written payment plan has been agreed. Late payment may result in cancellation, price increases, loss of availability, supplier penalties, reissue or amendment costs, or loss of refundability. Customers are responsible for consequences arising from payment-processing or banking delays outside OMH’s control.
OMH may accept Zelle, ACH, wire transfer, cash deposit, PayPal, credit card, approved payment links, or other methods approved in writing. Payment is considered received when funds are available to OMH or the applicable payment processor confirms successful payment. Customers must use only verified payment instructions provided by OMH.
Credit-card payments may be subject to a disclosed processing surcharge where permitted by law and applicable card-network rules. OMH may require payment authorization, cardholder verification, billing information, and other documentation reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, legal, compliance, chargeback, or dispute-resolution purposes.
A person or organization paying for travelers confirms that they are authorized to make the payment. Third-party payment does not create additional refund or cancellation rights beyond the applicable booking terms, supplier rules, OMH Terms, and applicable law.
Payment plans are valid only when confirmed by OMH in writing. A requested or pending payment plan does not extend a deadline or guarantee fares, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, or package availability. Failure to meet an agreed payment schedule may result in cancellation, price changes, penalties, or loss of non-refundable amounts.
By approving a booking, making a deposit or payment, authorizing payment, or instructing OMH to proceed, the customer authorizes OMH to begin booking, ticketing, reserving, submitting, confirming, and committing funds to suppliers immediately. Customers understand that services may become non-refundable, non-changeable, issued, submitted, or subject to supplier penalties once work begins.
Change requests must be made in writing and are subject to supplier availability, rules, penalties, fare differences, hotel policies, visa rules, and applicable fees. Changes after ticketing, confirmation, submission, or supplier commitment may be restricted, unavailable, or non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations are subject to supplier rules and the status of each booking component. Refunds, where available, may be reduced by supplier penalties, used services, OMH service or administrative fees, payment-processing costs, and other applicable charges, subject to law.
OMH may charge service, administrative, amendment, refund-processing, cancellation-processing, documentation, reissue-handling, or other applicable fees for work performed. Such fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law once services or booking-related work have begun.
Where a refund is permitted, OMH will request or process the applicable refund through the relevant supplier or payment channel. Refund timing depends on suppliers, airlines, hotels, payment processors, banks, card networks, and applicable law. Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Airlines control schedules, routes, aircraft, seating, baggage, boarding, delays, cancellations, and rebooking. OMH is not responsible for airline operational decisions. Travelers should reconfirm flights before departure and arrive at airports within the recommended time. Separate tickets, PNRs, airlines, or self-transfers may carry additional connection and baggage risks.
Baggage allowances, baggage fees, seat selection, meals, priority services, wheelchair assistance, and other airline ancillary services are controlled by the airline and may vary. Unless expressly included in writing, these services are not included. Travelers should review their tickets and PNRs promptly for names, routing, baggage, flights, and connection details.
OMH is responsible only for services expressly included in the OMH booking. OMH is not responsible for independently booked flights, hotels, transfers, visas, tours, insurance, or other arrangements or for losses caused by disruption to those arrangements. Independently booked travel issues do not automatically make OMH-arranged services refundable.
Hotels, resorts, apartments, and accommodation providers control room allocation, amenities, check-in, maintenance, property standards, deposits, meals, views, and other hotel operations. OMH arranges accommodation based on supplier information and cannot guarantee specific rooms, views, amenities, service standards, or supplier compensation. Hotel problems should be reported promptly to the property and OMH.
OMH arranges services based on customer-provided information and the services expressly confirmed. Special requests relating to rooms, accessibility, mobility, dietary needs, medical requirements, religious preferences, bedding, views, adjoining rooms, or other needs are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the applicable supplier and OMH.
Transfers, tours, Ziyarah, guides, airport assistance, and local services are provided by independent suppliers. Pickup times, routes, vehicles, guides, and schedules may change because of traffic, weather, regulations, religious crowd control, road closures, security matters, or supplier operations. Issues should be reported promptly during travel.
Travelers are solely responsible for valid passports, visas, transit documents, health documents, permits, and other required travel documentation. Visa issuance does not guarantee boarding or entry. Airlines, immigration authorities, governments, and border officials make final decisions. OMH is not responsible for losses resulting from invalid, incomplete, inaccurate, expired, or missing documents.
Travelers are responsible for confirming that they are legally and practically able to travel. OMH is not responsible for disruptions or losses caused by personal, family, custody, guardianship, court, immigration, employment, legal, or other circumstances affecting a traveler’s ability to travel.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for minors and for ensuring that all required passports, visas, consent letters, custody documents, airline approvals, and immigration documents are available. Airline, immigration, hotel, and destination requirements for minors may vary. OMH does not guarantee acceptance or special arrangements unless confirmed by the relevant supplier.
Umrah and Saudi religious travel are subject to Saudi laws, visa requirements, Nusuk procedures, Rawdah appointments, permits, crowd-control measures, hotel and transportation rules, and government or supplier changes. OMH cannot guarantee permits, appointments, access, schedules, or services that depend on Saudi authorities or third-party suppliers unless expressly confirmed.
Hajj services and arrangements are subject to Saudi government regulations, quotas, permits, eligibility requirements, official systems, suppliers, payment deadlines, and availability. OMH does not guarantee Hajj approval, permits, allocations, accommodation, camps, transportation, or religious-site access unless expressly confirmed by the relevant authority or supplier.
Group bookings may be subject to minimum passenger numbers, group fares, room allocations, shared transportation, deposits, deadlines, and supplier-specific rules. Changes to passenger numbers, names, rooming, dates, or payments may affect pricing and availability. Group arrangements may become non-refundable once OMH commits funds or secures supplier allocations.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included unless expressly stated. Travelers are responsible for obtaining appropriate coverage for cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, interruption, baggage, delays, supplier failure, and other travel risks.
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically, medically, and legally able to undertake their travel. Medical, mobility, accessibility, dietary, pregnancy-related, or special-assistance needs should be disclosed before booking. OMH may request supplier assistance but cannot guarantee such services unless confirmed in writing.
Travelers must comply with airline, hotel, transportation, tour, religious-site, government, and local rules. Travelers are responsible for damage, penalties, expenses, or losses resulting from their conduct, unlawful behavior, disturbance, refusal to comply with rules, or removal from a service.
OMH is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional costs caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, airline disruptions, strikes, border closures, visa restrictions, supplier failure, banking or technical failures, regulatory changes, or changes to religious-travel requirements. Available refunds, credits, rebooking, or alternatives depend on supplier rules and applicable law.
Travel problems should be reported promptly to the relevant supplier and OMH while the traveler is still traveling. Hotel issues should first be reported to hotel management. Customers should retain supporting evidence such as photographs, receipts, written responses, notices, and communications to assist OMH in investigating or pursuing a supplier remedy.
Customers should contact OMH in writing before initiating a chargeback, card dispute, PayPal claim, or similar payment dispute and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate. OMH may provide invoices, authorizations, communications, booking records, tickets, vouchers, supplier confirmations, and other relevant records to payment processors, banks, card networks, suppliers, or other authorized parties when responding to a dispute.
Customers authorize OMH to collect, use, transmit, and store information reasonably necessary to arrange travel services. Necessary information may be shared with airlines, hotels, visa providers, transportation companies, tour operators, guides, payment processors, government authorities, insurers, and other relevant parties. OMH may retain booking, payment, communication, document, and dispute records as reasonably necessary for business, legal, accounting, compliance, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping purposes.
The OMH website is intended for personal, non-commercial travel inquiry and booking purposes. Website prices, descriptions, photographs, package examples, hotel information, itineraries, and promotional materials may change and may be subject to availability, supplier confirmation, taxes, currency changes, and operational conditions. Booking-specific written documents control over general website information.
OMH’s website content, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, package descriptions, layouts, and other materials are owned by or licensed to OMH unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, distributed, modified, mirrored, or commercially used without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMH is not responsible for losses, injuries, delays, cancellations, denied boarding or entry, supplier failures, additional expenses, or other consequences caused by third-party suppliers, authorities, or circumstances outside OMH’s reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, OMH’s liability relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid to OMH for the specific affected service. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
OMH may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms accepted at the time of a confirmed booking will generally apply to that booking unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Updated Terms may apply to future bookings, payments, services, and website use. Changes to these Terms must be confirmed in writing by authorized OMH management.
Where applicable under New York law, customers may have certain cancellation rights following required disclosures. Travel services may nevertheless involve immediate ticketing, reservations, visa submissions, and supplier commitments. By instructing OMH to proceed, customers authorize immediate booking activity, subject to applicable law. Any applicable cancellation request must be submitted in writing to OMH using the contact information provided above.
Customers retain all consumer rights and protections that cannot legally be waived. Where federal, state, or local seller-of-travel registration, disclosure, trust, bond, cancellation, refund, or other requirements apply, OMH will comply with applicable law.
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of New York, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections and non-waivable rights. To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms or an OMH booking may be subject to the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with the applicable invoice, booking summary, itinerary, quotation, payment request, confirmation, authorization form, and other applicable written documents, constitute the agreement for the relevant booking. They supersede prior general statements or informal communications except where a different term is expressly confirmed in writing by authorized OMH management.
